Intervals combine heart- pumping cardio with strength training in a fun, full body HIIT workout. With modifications for every fitness level, you'll build strength, improve endurance, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in. I'll coach, demonstrate, and encourage you through every interval.
Hybrid is the best of both worlds boot camp and kickboxing! you'll get the endurance-building and combat elements of kickboxing with a little added spikes from weights, athletic drills, and strength training. Suitable for beginners and easily modified for any fitness level, Hybrid is a great way to build muscle, improve stamina, and challenge your entire body
Get ready for a high-energy, full body kickboxing workout! You'll be assigned your own bag and guided through basic kickboxing movements, proper technique, and powerful combinations while wearing gloves and wrist wraps. Each class is designated to build endurance, improved stamina, and help you release some frustration in a fun, empowering way. No experience is necessary- just come ready to move, sweat and leave excited for your next class!
A water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes (intervals & hybrid) and a willingness to try something new!

NOT AT ALL! Every person is on a different journey. Your only competition is the person you were yesterday
Absolutely! Many of my members start with little or no fitness experience. Ill guide you through each workout and provide modifications so you can move confidently at your own pace.
